This week we've been talking a lot about gymnast Simone Biles. Not only does she do incredible things on and off the gym floor but she also is STRONG.

Simone isn't the only gymnast that can flex this hard....all of her teammates are just a ripped as she is. Gabby Douglas even released her own Nike line where she is posing in a side plank position.

Okay, enough gawking.....

let's figure out how we can have gold medal abs like these girls. Here is an ab circuit that you can repeat as many times as you need to feel the burn (we are assuming that not too many rounds are needed)

Ab Routine inspired by the Fab Five Gymnasts of the Rio Olympics

10 crunches, 10 v-ups, 10 crunches, 10 twists, 20 crunches, 20 v-ups, 20 crunches, 20 twists, 30 crunches, 30 v-ups, 30 crunches, 30 twists, 40 crunches, 40 v-ups, 40 crunches, 40 twists, 50 crunches, 50 v-ups, 50 crunches, 50 twists, 60 crunches, 60 v-ups, 60 crunches, 60 twists,

Continue this progression until you can't crunch any longer. If you make it past 50 you probably already have Gold Medal Abs.
