Get the Sexy-yet-Effortless Alex Morgan Look

We are all doing our best. We all have limited time. Our feet hit the ground running. If only we could look as sexy as Alex Morgan without the effort....wait, we can. We totally can.

Alex is best known for her game-day up do. AKA the simplest ponytail. She rocks it on and off the pitch.

Lucky for all of us, it's pretty simple to copy.

-Curling iron

-Pony Tail

-Hairspray (optional)

Split your hair into 8-10 pieces, then wrap around a hot curling iron to create a loose curl (more of a wave than a spiral).

Pull your hair back with your finger and secure your ponytail more towards the top of your head.

You can pick and pull at your hair around your head until you get a more natural pull back look.

If you want to add even a little more "fancy" to it, you can grab a small piece of hair from the bottom of your ponytail. Wrap the piece around the hair tie until you've hidden the hair tie and the strand is at it's end. With a bobby pin, secure the wrapped strand by pushing the bobby pin just under the hair tie like a sckewer.

If you have wild baby hairs, just hair spray those lil guys down.

Grab you keys and your out the door looking like a five time SI Cover Model.

If the hair do isn't completing the look for you, try a cute bomber jacket. Several sports wear brands have their own "wind breaker" version or you can find a more "professional" one at a department store. Alex seems to love to dress up any fit with a nice outwear piece.
